1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Isackson Technologies software products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Subscription Terms
Software subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
3. Fair Use
You agree to use our software only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not attempt to access other users' accounts, disrupt service operations, or reverse-engineer our software.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on SaaS subscriptions for first-time subscribers. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of first payment. After 30 days, no refunds are issued for the current billing period.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, content, and intellectual property remains the exclusive property of Isackson Technologies. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.
6. Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Isackson Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify subscribers of material changes by email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration if necessary.
